设备简介

人员上手快，大大提高生产效率，仅需一人操 作，变频调速该产线实现平面口罩的全自动化生产，主要包含卷材上料、折叠压合、鼻梁筋上料、口罩成型、口罩切断、耳带上料及焊接、成品下料等工艺，完成从卷料原材料到口罩成品的整个生产过程。生产的口罩具有佩戴舒适，无压迫感，口罩过滤 效果好，契合人的脸型，可适用于医疗、电子、矿业、建筑等行业。
